How much does LED light therapy cost in Falls Church?
At Skin Lab, LED is $75 for 10 minutes or $100 for 30 minutes when added to a facial. Lab Glow members pay half: $37.50 or $50. The $85 Express Facial includes LED.
What does LED light therapy feel like?
Warm light on the face and nothing else. There is no heat that burns, no needles and no contact with the skin. You wear eye protection and rest while it runs.
Is there any downtime?
None. LED is usually the last step of a facial, and you can go straight back to your day.
How often should I have LED?
LED works by repetition. Adding it to a monthly facial is the usual plan. Ask us if you want sessions closer together for a period.
Is in-office LED different from an at-home LED mask?
The idea is the same. An in-office panel covers the whole face and neck evenly at a set distance, is used on freshly cleansed and exfoliated skin, and is timed by a provider. A home mask is a convenient way to keep going between visits.
Who should not have LED?
Tell us if you take medication that makes you sensitive to light, have a seizure condition triggered by light, or are being treated for a skin condition. We check before we switch it on.
