Optimize your treatment results
Following the pre & post care instructions below is essential to achieving the best possible results and minimizing any potential side effects. Our team will provide you with personalized guidance, but here are some general guidelines.
Facials
Before your treatment
- Avoid sun exposure 24-48 hours before treatment
- Avoid exfoliation 3 days before your appointment
- Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin
- Hydrate well by drinking plenty of water
After your treatment
- Avoid sun exposure for 24-48 hours
- Don't touch your face with unwashed hands
- Hydrate skin with gentle moisturizer
- Drink plenty of water to support skin health
Laser Treatments
Before your treatment
- Avoid tanning and sun exposure 2 weeks before treatment
- No self-tanner for 2 weeks prior
- Discontinue retinol/retinoid products 5 days before
- Shave treatment area the night before (for laser hair removal)
- No chemical peels 1 week prior
After your treatment
- Apply sunscreen regularly (SPF 30+)
- Avoid sun exposure for 2 weeks
- Moisturize and soothe with gentle products
- Avoid heat and sweat for 24-48 hours
- Don't pick at scabs or peeling skin
Microneedling / RF Microneedling
Before your treatment
- Stop active ingredients (retinols, AHAs, BHAs, vitamin C) 7 days before
- Arrive with freshly cleansed skin
- If facial hair present, shave the day before (not day of treatment)
Critical: first 24 hours
Do not put anything on the skin, including water. Use only the remaining liquid from your appointment mask.
After your treatment
- Don't touch your skin for 24 hours
- Disinfect glasses before wearing
- After 24 hours: Use post-procedure kit provided
- Avoid makeup for 24-48 hours
- Avoid sun exposure and apply SPF 30+ when outdoors
